“I have had problems with hips for some years now, having underwent surgery on both in 2017. I began working from home in March as lockdown set in and attended some of Annalisa’s Zoom classes in the first couple of weeks. I really loved them, challenging yet calming and perfectly sequenced. One of these classes in particular focused on hip mobility; building strength and improving range of motion. The sequence brought me such a sense of freedom after just one class. Annalisa kindly sent me a link to the recording and I repeated the same class every day since. 3 months later and I feel amazing. I can’t remember a time when my hips felt this good. I am pain free, with huge improvements in range, strength and control. Notably, I can sit in a deep squat with good posture with relative ease for a prolonged period of time.
