Being an architect during lockdown only added to my lower back issues with stiff neck and more back pains. So I joined the 4week zoom classes for Beginners and the results were amazing. Annalisa's calm and detailed instructions introduced me to yoga the best way possible.
Yes it was challenging, but the sense of achievement and euphoria both physically and mentally at the end of each session were invaluable. The sessions had a very nice flow and though very well instructed never felt like exercise but more like a wellness experience. Although I can tell you all my muscles did some really hard work! I could not recommended Annalisa more. Can't wait for the next round of classes.”
